Shipping Policy

At Department of Extremity, we believe in providing the best possible service to our customers. We ship our products globally and aim to deliver them to you as soon as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Methods: We use reliable courier services to deliver our products worldwide. The shipping method used depends on the delivery location and the size and weight of the product. 

2. Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping within India. For orders outside India, shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping destination, weight, and size of the product. The shipping rates will be communicated in advance via chat/email.

3. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day (24 hrs) after the payment has been received. Once the order has been processed, the shipment will be dispatched for delivery. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

4. Delivery Time: The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. For international deliveries, the delivery time can take anywhere from 5-15 business days, depending on the customs clearance process in the destination country. Please note that any delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment. You can track your order using the courier's website or by contacting their customer service.

6. Customs and Duties: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs and duties that may be applied by their country's customs department. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

7. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of products due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
