1. Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges of any product within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, and in perfect condition. We do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect products.
2. Refunds:
Once we receive the product, we will verify the content and condition before initiating the refund. The refund amount will be equal to the product price minus any delivery fees. No refunds on products on sale, products purchased using discount codes.
3. Packaging:
Please package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, similar to the one in which you received your parcel.
4. Exchange:
We offer exchanges only in domestic market (IN). For international purchases, if you want to exchange a product for a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order. Write to us for any further queries.
5. Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order after 12 hours, we will not be able to offer a refund.
6. Shipping:
For international purchases, the customer is responsible for all expenses incurred through returning the goods, where the delivered item corresponds to the ordered item. Otherwise, return postage is free of charge.
7. Refund Process:
